Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with Meercase, email hello@meercase.com within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund the full $49. Tell us what went wrong if you can; it helps us fix it, but it is not a condition of the refund.

• Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
• Texas JP courts charge no fee to file an Answer, so there are no court fees involved; the $49 is the entire amount, and the entire amount is what we refund.
• A refund cancels any work we have not completed yet. If your Answer has already been filed with the court, it stays on file; a refund does not remove a document from the court record.

If you cancel before we file and choose to file on your own, remember that your court deadline does not change. Your Answer is generally due by the end of the 14th day after you were served.
